Prices for long rental are available on request

• Reservation Fee: 25%
• Balance due four weeks before date of arrival
• In the case of cancellation by the guest the following will apply:
  • Cancellation taking place less than four weeks before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rent.
  • These charges only apply if the owner does not find a replacement tennant for the same period.
